Operating principle



After entering the comminution chamber, the material is fluidized under the action of the concentric countercurrent jet field formed by the high speed compression jet, and the accelerated material converges at the intersection point of the multiple nozzles, resulting in violent impact, collision, friction and comminution. The pulverized fine powder moves along with the airflow to the upper part of the room. Due to the high speed rotation of the classifier wheel, the coarse powder returns to the comminution chamber under the action of centrifugal force and continues to comminute, and the fine powder that meets the fineness requirement is discharged from the exhaust port. Enter the cyclone separator and dust collector collected, dust gas in the dust collector for gas-solid separation, the gas is removed by the fan.

Performance characteristics


1. Low energy consumption, compared with traditional fluidized bed air pulverizer, can save 30% energy.
2. Because the materials in the comminution chamber are mainly collided with each other and there are few collisions with the inner cavity of the comminuting engine, the pollution of the materials is very little, so the high-purity materials can be produced.
3. Built-in self-diffusing micro-powder classifier, the particle size distribution is concentrated, the finished product is not too large particles.
4. Low temperature medium-free comminution, especially suitable for low melting point, heat sensitivity, sugar and volatile materials.
5. For flammable and explosive materials, the inert gas can be used as the medium to realize the complete closed crushing, the inert gas is recycled and the loss is very low. Automatic control ability, extremely convenient operation.

Scope of application



The machine is widely used in the ultra-fine grinding ofdry powder type materials so as chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, Chinese medicine, pesticides, talc, non-metallic minerals, kaolin, quartz, graphite, fire-retardant materials, ceramics, etc.
